The Lifetime Toulou Warranty

So, you’re a pumped new owner of Toulou Broadheads, huh? Well, buckle up, because we’ve got a warranty that’s as rugged and tough as the critters you’re hunting. We don’t just stand proudly behind our broadheads; we leap, shout, and maybe even do a little victory dance behind them. Here is everything you need to know.

Qualifications:

This warranty is exclusively for the original owner. Here are the requirements to process your return:

Must be to original owner.
Proof of purchase from our website or one of our bow shop partners.
An email to customer service stating the problem.
A picture of your damaged broadheads.

To begin the warranty claim process, fill out the “Contact Us” form or shoot an email over to Customer Service (info@touloubroadheads.com). Customers are responsible for return shipping. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Contact Us Before Sending

Please wait to send back any products until after you have engaged with our Customer Service team. Once approved, we’ll send you a return authorization, and the address to send your return or exchange for processing.

Manufacturing Defects

We take quality control very seriously and our broadheads have to pass our rigorous inspections before they head out into the world. Perfection is a hard target to hit every single time. If you find a manufacturing defect, don’t worry. Every single pack of our broadheads comes with a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects.

Damage From Intended Use

If you have a broadhead that’s been damaged due to normal use in a hunting situation you may qualify for a replacement. We’re all about the strength and durability of our broadheads, so if a component bends or breaks from an encounter with bone in an animal, we’ve got you covered. You’ll need to contact customer service through the “Contact Us” form to initiate the process and provide photo or video evidence. Send us a picture of your grip and grin, a bloody arrow and a bent or broken broadhead and we’ll take care of it for as long as you own your Toulou Broadheads.

Normal Wear & Tear

Toulou Broadheads are made to last season after season but will eventually need replaced due to normal use and resharpening. Toulou Broadhead Company is not responsible for normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage caused by misuse. All of those things are left to your care.

Misuse

While Toulou Broadheads are designed to take a beating, damage from intentionally shooting them into objects other than targets and animals (ie: rocks, cinder blocks, concrete, steel plates, etc.) is not covered under our warranty. When shooting Toulou Broadheads, make sure you’re sending them into targets built to handle their accuracy and penetration. Damage caused by rebar holding up 3D targets or target stands is not covered. Grouping your Toulou Broadheads with other broadheads or field points is a surefire recipe for damaging your broadheads or arrows, so spread them out to avoid any damage that is not covered by our warranty.

Unintended Targets

In the event your broadhead decides to go on an unexpected adventure, like a vacation to a fence post, shed, barn, tree, or a rock etc, damage from hitting unintended targets is not covered. When rescuing your broadhead from these newfound lands, give your them a little TLC. While it is unlikely that damage will occur in these scenarios, any damage they do incur – even if they’ve passed through an animal – doesn’t fall under our warranty.

Improper Care

Toulou broadheads are crafted from resilient S7 Tool Steel, coated in super corrosion resistant Tacti-Black™️, sharpened to a razor’s edge, and polished with stropping leather before being shipped. After that it is your responsibility to keep any potential rust at bay. Rust is very unlikely to occur as the only exposed S7 steel is on the bevels of your blades. Best practice is to simply wipe your broadheads off after use. In the rare event of any surface rust on the bevels, it can be easily taken care of by resharpening the cutting edges or polishing them with a piece of stropping leather.
