30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return.
- Make sure you have your proof of purchase from our website or one of our bow shop partners.
- The broadheads must be in as new condition and in the original packaging.
- Broadheads must be returned in a full set. No single broadhead or partial set returns will be accepted as sets are considered one entity and require all items to be in new, unused condition and within the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on returns within the 30 day window. Contact customer service to initiate your return before sending your broadheads. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, fill out our “Contact Us” form on the Toulou Broadhead Company website or directly email our dedicated customer service at info@touloubroadheads.com.
Exchanges: For a prompt exchange, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange and placing a new order. To initiate an exchange, please complete the “Contact Us” form on our website or email our customer service team at info@touloubroadheads.com. Once your return successfully passes our inspection, we will process your refund. Alternatively, you may opt to wait for the refund process completion before purchasing your desired items.
Damages and Order Concerns: We encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you encounter a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please promptly contact us so we can address the issue and resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Custom engraved, limited edition, or personalized items are not eligible for return unless the claim is for a warrantied manufacturing defect. Should you have inquiries regarding specific items, feel free to check out our Warranty Policy or reach out to our customer service team.
Sale Items and Gift Cards: Returns are not accepted for gift cards or items placed on sale for clearance.
Refund Timeframe: Contingent upon a passed inspection. Returned items undergo thorough inspection to ensure they remain unused and undamaged. Please allow 2-3 business days for the return package to be processed upon arrival at our facility. Upon a passing inspection and approval, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds will be directed back to the original card used for the purchase. Please be aware that financial institutions may take time to process and post the refund.
Warranty Returns: Eligibility and Limitations. Warranty claims are applicable if the damage or defect aligns with our Warranty Policy. Items with manufacturing defects are exempt from these limitations.

**Important** Do not ship any items until you receive confirmation from our Customer Service team. They will provide instructions for packaging and the designated return address. Please note that items sent without obtaining a Return Authorization from Customer Service will not be accepted.
